The service

Tokisha is a browser-based platform for digital invitations and RSVPs, guest photo and video sharing, live photo walls and post-event albums. Features available to you depend on the plan purchased for the event.

Accounts

Hosts need an account to create events. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account, including actions taken by moderators you invite.

Plans and payment

Creating an account is free. Plans are priced per event and by guest count, as shown on our pricing. Prices are in euros. B2B pricing is agreed individually.

Content you share

• You keep ownership of the photos, videos and messages you upload.
• You give Tokisha permission to store, process and display that content as needed to run the event, for example on the live photo wall, in albums and in memory stories.
• Only upload content you have the right to share, and respect the privacy of other guests.

Acceptable use

Don't upload content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that infringes someone else's rights. Hosts and moderators can remove content, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Availability

We work to keep Tokisha available during your event, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Event galleries are kept for 90 days, so download anything you want to keep.
